Tactical Infiltration Pods were used by the Galactic Empire for short-distance transportation and recon missions. One such pod was used by the Imperial Infiltrator Droid EXD-9 to travel to Atollon to search for Chopper Base. Another was employed by another Infiltrator as it was searching for a transport ship carrying Mon Mothma, but was destroyed by the Ghost.
