A Super Tactical Droid (STD) was a upgraded version of the T-series tactical droid. It was used by Separatists as droid generals, for the Separatist Droid Army. They were created for the Separatist Alliance, during the Clone Wars, to combat the shortcomings of the T-series tactical droid.
