The Sato's Hammer was a YT-2400 Light Freighter used by the Iron Squadron. While the ship could put up a fight against the Galactic Empire, it was often in poor repair.
Most of the Sato's Hammer's systems were broken, including its hyperdrive, Sabine Wren and Chopper mended it. When in combat, the Sato's Hammer was armed with one turret gun and cargo crates loaded with explosives. They were carried from beneath the ship, and when in contact with an enemy ship some of them would be released and collide into their target.
