Purrgil were large creatures that traversed the galaxy through hyperspace by feeding upon the fuel Clouzon-36. They were known to cause deadly accidents by crossing hyperspace lanes and crashing into starships. At the end of their life cycle, they migrated to the planet of Peridea outside of the galaxy, with the planet’s rings being made up of their corpses.
They had brown and gray hides and large blue eyes. After feeding, however, they had violet-blue hides and yellow patterns on their snouts.
