Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (Born January 24, 1967) is an American actor and voice actor. He is best known for his roles in Pulp Fiction, MADtv, and Futurama.
He reprises his role as Bail Organa in Star Wars Rebels, having previously voiced him in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.[1]
He also voices Tyson in the series.
