House Vizsla was a Mandalorian faction to which Sabine Wren of Clan Wren belonged; Clans Saxon and Vizsla were two others of its vassal families. It was commonly associated with Death Watch, a violent group dedicated to preserving Mandalore's warrior culture, of whom Sabine's mother was a member.
History[]
The Protectors and House Viszla were enemies for decades. This was mostly due to Pre Vizsla's Father Tor Vizsla of Clan Vizsla, who was mortal enemies with Jastor Mereel, the adoptive Father of Jango Fett, whose actions resulted in Meerel's death, and Fett being sold into slavery; eventually, after Tor Vizsla's death at Jango's Hands, it fell to his son Pre Vizsla to lead the Death Watch during the Clone Wars in a takeover of Mandalore with the aid of former Sith apprentice Darth Maul. Following the end of the Clone Wars, members of House Vizsla, including Gar Saxon, volunteered or were forced into the service of the Galactic Empire.
