George Lucas is a well-known director, writer and executive producer who is best known for creating Star Wars and co-written and executive produced all Six Star Wars films along with directing Episode I-IV. He is the founder and former CEO and Chairman of Lucasfilm.

Aside from Star Wars, George is also known for his work on the Indiana Jones franchise, as well as on American Graffiti.[1]


  • Though he is not actually involved in Star Wars Rebels, he helped design Kessel in Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion.
  • He was the creator and executive producer of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series.
  • According to Supervising Director and Executive producer Dave Filoni, George loved the Star Wars Rebels premiere.
  • He is mentioned several times in Rebel Recon videos.
  • He is credited in every single episode, as creator of Star Wars which the series was based of.
  • He made a cameo in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
  • He executive produced and co-written all six Star Wars films, along with directing Episode I-IV.
  • He served as a creative consultant on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
