Frank Oz (born May 25, 1944) is an English-born American filmmaker, actor, writer and puppeteer (or muppeteer) who created and performed The Muppets along with Jim Henson.
He is also the puppeteer and the voice of Yoda in the Star Wars film franchise. He reprises his role as Yoda in Star Wars Rebels.
