Force Stealth was the ability to hide one's presence in the Force or even from plain sight.
A skilled user of this ability could hide their Force-sensitivity from other Force-users, and even appear invisible to another's natural senses. Sheev Palpatine was a master of the former use of this technique, having concealed his nature for years even in the presence of powerful Jedi like Yoda and Mace Windu. Darth Vader was able to hide his presence in the Force from Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger until he was at their very heels before he apparently let himself be detected so they would feel "the cold" (the Dark Side of the Force).
