The Arc Pulse Generator, nicknamed the "Duchess", was a superweapon designed by Sabine Wren during her time at the Imperial Academy on Mandalore. She named it after the late Mandalorian Duchess, Satine Kryze. It was designed to kill Mandalorian warriors by turning their armor, traditionally made of beskar, into a weakness by specifically targeting and superheating the material. It was carried on a modified All Terrain Defense Pod.
