Coruscant, also known as Imperial Center, was the capital planet of the Republic and subsequently the Galactic Empire. The entire planet was covered by an urban landscape and was the home of the Imperial Senate and its head, Emperor Palpatine.

During the Clone Wars, The Jedi Temple was located on Coruscant until Kanan fled the planet during Order 66.
Kanan: The Last Padawan[]
When Kanan was a youngling and had been trained on Coruscant at the Jedi Temple and become a Padawan under his Master Depa Billaba as his Jedi Training and up to the events of Order 66.
Empire Day[]
The Holonet viewscreen at Old Jho's Pit Stop displayed an image of Emperor Palpatine presiding over the Imperial Senate on Coruscant to commemorate Empire Day, the anniversary of the Galactic Empire's founding.
