Chagrians were a humanoid species that were notable for their two tall head horns and blue colour skin. Mas Amedda was a notable member of the species who served as Grand Vizier of the Galactic Empire and was Vice Chair of Chancellor Valorum and Palpatine's prior to the rise of the Empire.
