He lost this fight. Did the explosion throw him out of the temple, did Ahsoka throw him in direction explosion or did the temple throw him out and kept Ahsoka? Ezra activated the temple and his secrets. The temple might have protected Ahsoka. She is not a Jedi but not a Sith either.“Seeds of the Dark side”.

That makes her so dangerous. She is a independant force not controlled by anyone and developped herself over the years. It’s not her fate to join the rebels or to stay with them, neither to defeat Vader. He can be the worst Guy in the universe, but for her he is a kind of brother who saved her life and brought her back from the dead. She will always be in his debt. She doesn't follow a Jedi codex but her heart. That would explain why suddenly Anakin/ Vader changed the voice. He must have feel the growing force in her.

I don't think they want to meet each other again Ahsoka because she knows that she will never be able to kill him and Vader because he cannot be sure to survive another fight.

@ Vorknkx I'm impressed. Never thought about "Lord of Rings". But yes, that makes sense. I had the feeling this female Sith ( the voice we heard) was familiar to the attitude of Ahsoka. Like a kind of soulmate.

I would say it was an equal fight. People always think Vader cannot be beaten. He is very powerful, yes, but he is no God. He is a living dead and a slave of the Dark side, which can be replaced. In the whole years, I have only seen once, that his suit was damaged. That was the fight with his son. He walked away because he needs medical help.

( my opinion).
