Then there's Ahsoka vs. Vader. The fight as a whole was great, just as I thought it would be. What I didn't like, however, was the resolution. Is she dead or not? I may be in the minority when I say that I ''want'' her to be dead. One of the main issues that the Clone Wars, and Star Wars as a whole, has had is its inability to give closure to a lot of characters. At some point, you can't continue the story with three Force-wielders, and it would be fitting that Ahsoka met her end at Vader's hands. But even if she is dead now, it's kind of bitter given the lack of much closure.

I think at this point, with four dead Inquisitors, it's safe to say that they will no longer be major antagonists of the series. Ezra and Kanan will be moving on to Vader, Maul, and Ezra's own internal conflict.

Man. That was my favorite Rebels episode so far and it stands along with my favorite Clone Wars episodes.

Darth Maul's reappearance was great and he played his role very well. I'm so happy that he has a double-bladed lightsaber again; I never liked it when he just used the remnants of his old lightsaber in the Clone Wars. I'm pretty sure that him killing all three Inquisitors and blinding Kanan was the biggest twist of the story.

Then there's Ahsoka vs. Vader. The fight as a whole was great, just as I thought it would be. What I didn't like, however, was the resolution. Is she dead or not? I may be in the minority when I say that I want her to be dead. One of the main issues that the Clone Wars, and Star Wars as a whole, has had is its inability to give closure to a lot of characters. At some point, you can't continue the story with three Force-wielders, and it would be fitting that Ahsoka met her end at Vader's hands. But even if she is dead now, it's kind of bitter given the lack of much closure.

edit: oh, she is alive...not sure I like it

I think at this point, with four dead Inquisitors, it's safe to say that they will no longer be major antagonists of the series. Ezra and Kanan will be moving on to Vader, Maul, and Ezra's own internal conflict.

One last thing: blinding Kanan was probably the most gutsy move the show's done so far, and it will be interesting to see how this factors into the rest of the show.
