Amda Wabo was a male Aqualish, who served as a weapons manufacturer on Garel.

He accompanied Maketh Tua when she wanted to make the deal for a shipment of T-7 Ion Disruptors, which were banned by the senate. Tua couldn't understand Amda because he spoke a different language, the rebels took the disrupters and as Amda and Tua goes after them, they escape.
